1. Avoid processed foods.
The food processing in canned, frozen, and dried foods changes the natural compositions of the foods, making them less healthy to the body. Using chemicals to maintain, manage, and improve the taste can be more harmful to the body than improving it.
2. Eat oranges or drink orange juice every day.
Citrus fruits are full of in Vitamin C which can improve our immune system that enhances our infection resistance. It also helps to absorb iron for preventing anemia. Other sources of Vitamin C include kiwi, tomatoes, berries, and green leafy vegetables.
3. Eat more fish.
White fish is low in fat and oily fish is high in omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil). Fish oil is unsaturated oil that cannot be found in other food sources. It will help the body to fight cholesterol and maintain a healthy heart function.
4. Check if you have food allergies.
It is well known that food allergens such as milk, soy, peanuts, eggs, and seafood cause sneezing, itchiness, hives, and swelling. Stay away from these as much as possible.
5. Do not carpet your floor if you have dust allergies.
It will set off continuous sneezing and itchiness. If you must have a carpeted floor, buy a vacuum cleaner to clean it regularly. Bed covers ought to be also changed regularly to prevent dust from settling in. Leaving your shoes outside is a good idea to avoid dust too.

Do not gossip, watch lesser tv, and do not spend too much time online. You can have a better rested mind and instead, do more important and productive activities that will not harm your mood or your health.
7. Consume herbs.
Herbs can help in body detoxification. Yucca roots and licorice are great laxatives, milk thistle and dandelion for the liver, cranberry and witch hazel are antioxidants, and pumpkin seeds can get rid of parasites from your body.
8. Do yoga.
Yoga can remove toxin and stress from the body, get you better sleep and rest, promote digestion, and improve focus and posture by easing the mind, decreasing blood pressure, and promoting respiration.
9. Have a macrobiotic lifestyle.
Be in harmony with nature and proper diet combined with your respect and love for the environment.
10. Say no.
Say no to anything that will cause you harm such as eating bad food, doing stressful events, losing sleep over something, taking alcohol, and any other stressful things that will only lead to an unhealthy lifestyle.
