One great method of relaxation is getting a massage. To enjoy complete relaxation, simply surrender yourself to the handling and touch of a professional therapist. Hypnosis is one controversial method of relaxation.

Hypnosis is an option for people who cannot relax. Drugs are extreme alternative method of relaxation. Drugs are not safe nor effective like the other relaxation methods.

Drugs should only be administered by trained medical professionals. Aside from causing high blood pressure, stroke, or heart attack. Stress produces hormones that suppress the immune system.

Relaxation offers the immune system time to recuperate.

And function more effectively. Relaxation reduces the activities within the brains’ limbic system. The brain has a periodic need for a more emphasized activity on the right-hemisphere.

And relaxation is one way of achieving this.
